A real reality for many Christians is that we are parents.
We're raising children, and it's really hard.
And there are so many styles out there of what you should and shouldn't do, and it's really confusing.
And we just feel guilty and inadequate and ashamed all of the time.
That's how I feel.
I'm sure a lot of parents feel that way.
And so, today's episode is about parenting.
I'm going to interview Scott Keith about this and his new book.
But before you keep listening, I know that many people think, well, this is going to be either impractical, and all they're going to do is talk about giving your kids grace, and it just seems like my children are
going to run wild, or this is just going to be all law.
This is not what this episode is about.
We do talk about practical wisdom.
Like, what has happened in the America culture where we just don't even know how to give our kids basic understandings of what is right and wrong?
And then, how do we, with grace and kindness, lead our children to where they do know what it's like to be forgiven and to forgive one another and to live in a home that is full of peace and
harmony.
How does that happen?
Well, this is a great conversation.
At the end of the day, if you're beat up, you're exhausted, and your kids are little, or your kids are gone.
