Holiness by Fear

The pursuit of holiness is often driven by fear rather than grace. Jon Moffitt challenges the common idea that Christians must obey out of fear of losing their salvation. Too often, the message becomes that grace gets you into God's family, but obedience and performance are what keep you there. This creates a subtle fear that drives Christian living rather than a joyful response to God's grace. Through Scripture, the discussion makes the case that believers are not called to holiness through fear, but through the transforming power of grace.
