Often in Scripture, the faithful falter. For example, Abraham is called "the man of faith" by Paul, and he is upheld as the model of justification by faith in all of the Bible. Hi, this is Justin.
Today on Theocast, we're going to talk about when the faithful falter.
For example, Abraham is called by the Apostle Paul, the man of faith, and he is upheld as the model of justification by faith in all the Bible.
Yet, this is a man who, on two different occasions, sold his wife out to defilement and adultery.
What do we do with that?
And even the disciples, as they are sitting in a room, huddled up together, terrified in the aftermath of Christ's crucifixion and resurrection.
What do we do with that account?
Why are passages like this in the Bible?
That's what John and I are going to have a conversation about today.
And we hope that you leave this episode being encouraged in the faithfulness of the Lord Jesus Christ and how He has you and has saved you.
So stay tuned.
