Note: Covenant Baptist Church meets on the campus of Arden Presbyterian Church.
We compiled some food-and-drink recommendations for conference attendees. Most of these are in the vicinity of Arden Presbyterian Church (Arden/Fletcher/South Asheville area); some are closer to, or in, the city of Asheville. We have checked websites to verify that all of the following are open post-Helene.

This Fairfield Inn or Courtyard are fairly reasonably priced for the area, get good reviews, and are located within easy driving distance of both the conference site and lots of eating/shopping options.
This Hilton is a bit more mid-range in price, but it is located in Biltmore Park, which is a fun "town square" that is about 8 minutes from the church and has plenty of eating and shopping within walking distance.
This final one is a higher price-point, but if you want to turn this into a special weekend away, Omni Grove Park is an Asheville classic.

7-9pm - Pre-Conference Hang
Kick off the conference at the Sierra Nevada Mills River Taproom with an informal gathering where you can meet fellow attendees and speakers. Enjoy light refreshments and great conversation in a relaxed setting.
Friday, April 11

Registration will be open at Highland Brewing Company. Come grab your name badge and a seat for the podcast!

10am-12pm - Live Podcast Recording
Join us at Highland Brewing Company for a special live recording of Theocast featuring our conference speakers followed by a time to of fellowship with other the speakers and other attendees.

12pm-3pm - Lunch (off-site)
Take a break and enjoy a leisurely lunch. This is a great opportunity to network with other attendees and discuss the morning’s events.

2pm - Registration Opens
Arrive early to register and receive your conference materials. Our team will be on hand to assist you and answer any questions you may have.

Relax and head out to dinner with fellow attendees and speakers. This is a perfect opportunity to reflect on the day’s sessions, share insights, and build connections. Dinner not provided.
